I'm presently reading Under the Volcano and began a few researches. I was curious about what was Signal Peak, the mountain Geoffrey sees on the postcard he received from Yvonne (end of ch. VI). Searching on Internet, I found this old postcard which match exactly the description of Malcolm Lowry. Here's something you could put on your blog!

I'm a fan of Faulkner, and finally decided after so many years to read Lowry's Under the Volcano (knowing how much he admired Faulkner). Reading it now (I'm at chapter IX), I think this may be the best novel I've ever read!
